SENIOR FOOD BOXES: 

COMMODITY SUPPLEMENT FOOD PROGRAM (CSFP)

Siskiyou Community Food Bank complies with the nondiscrimination requirements.

This program is for seniors ages 60 and up as well as meet the income guidelines. Seniors need to complete the one-page application and provide one of the following:  a photo ID, birth certificate, passport, tribal card, or military card.

 Siskiyou Community Food Bank provides senior food boxes to the following locations: Hornbrook and Yreka.

Eligible seniors from Klamath River, Horse Creek, and Seiad Valley can choose either the Happy Camp distribution site or the Yreka Distribution site.

Yreka- the second Wednesday of every even-numbered month: February 14; April 10; 

June 12; August 14; October 9; December 11. 

10am-Noon, 1601 S. Oregon St, Suite B (SCFB).


Hornbrook- the third Tuesday of every even-numbered month: February 20; April 16;

June 18; August 20, October 15; December 17; 10:30 am-noon, at 15439 Hornbrook Road Hornbrook Community Association.
